The number one excuse that runs rampant in the fitness world for not exercising is “I don’t have time.”

There are some very rare instances where people don’t have time but for the majority of people I’m not buying it. The average American watches 37 hours of TV every week. That’s absurd! You can’t take only 4-5 of those hours and exercise?

Besides television, our society is addicted to their phones. People spend at least an hour scrolling through facebook and instagram every day. Your thumbs might be getting a nice workout but you aren’t doing your body any good.
