Forward fold is the most basic form of stretching, which relaxes the thighs, knees as well as back too. It can be done both standing up and sitting and will relax you after a few minutes.

To do a forward fold, you can either sit down or stand up and bend forward. You can try touching your toes and feet after a while. The only key thing to remember is that your knees should not bend.

Coming down to the bottom part of the body, Toe stretches are the best to relax your feet and toes. It is the most underrated stretch because people tend to overlook it, but it is very important.

It is a very simple exercise in which you just have to lie down and stretch your toes to the farthest extent without using your hands.

  1. Quick Breaths

Breathing quickly from one nostril while covering the other is exactly what quick breaths is all about. It relaxes the diaphragm and the core and helps you feel a surge of energy. It also increases your breathing rate, which helps when you are exercising.

Apart from these full body stretches, you can also opt for yoga, which has similar-looking regimes to relax your muscles and to enhance your flexibility. Having a balanced and healthy diet also helps the body to stay energetic and flexible at all times.
